The Lemont Park District rents out space at both Centennial Community Center and The CORE Fitness & Aquatic Complex. Ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, communions, business meetings, seminars, and much more, both facilities are ready to host your special event! Also, both the indoor pool at The CORE and Centennial Outdoor Pool are available for rental along with specific parks and outdoor space. See below for rental forms.

Centennial Community Center

The Centennial Community Center is located in Centennial Park. Additional facilities on site are tennis courts, swimming pool, baseball fields, picnic areas, racquetball, basketball and volleyball courts. There is also a 90 ft x 66 ft gymnasium that is available for rental. Call 630-257-6787 for rental information. Fees vary on room size. Small rooms to seat 20 to 50 or larger room to seat up to 125. The entire facility is also available. *No smoking – No alcohol is allowed at this building.

Proudly standing as a pinnacle in the heart of Lemont Park District’s Centennial Campus, is The Lemont Park District Core Fitness and Aquatic Complex (The CORE). This amazing all-inclusive sport and fitness facility is truly the center of it all – the center of the Lemont Park District, of a great Community and a better you! The CORE’s 3-court Gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, and indoor pool are all available for rental.

Private Pool Rentals are available at select times. These rentals include the entire aquatic facility and are perfect for large groups. Time slots are limited so act quickly to claim your space now!

Birthday Parties
The Lemont Park District has full service party packages available!
We’ll do all the work… while you have all the fun!
Make your child’s next birthday party a memorable one! Our party packages are designed with the busy Mom in mind. Your child and his/her guests will enjoy the fun. Our party staff will ensure the party planning process is smooth and stress free.

Theme/Gym Birthday Party Request Forms
Theme Party Packages:
| Princess/Knight The birthday princess/knight and their friends will have a royally good time making their own crowns, princess wands or royal shield. |
Western Round Up Cowboys and Cowgirls will lasso up some fun making western bandannas. |
| Hawaiian Luau Your child will be in for a tropical treat at this fun birthday luau. Each child will make a lei and enjoy a limbo contest. |
Pirate Adventure Ahoy Matey! Little buccaneers will make their own bandanna and pirate flag. |
| Sparkle Jewelry Join us as we make a studded jewelry box with jewelry to go inside. |
Theme Party Packages Include:
- Admission for 12 children and 2 adults.
- Use of party room.
- Cheese pizza and soda.
- Napkins, cups, forks and plates and tablecloths.
- Theme craft and one party game.
- Party coordinator to assist you with the craft.
- Theme parties are two hours long
- All parties are held at The CORE in the Covington Rooms
- For a small fee, LPD’s mascot “Seamore the Eagle” will spend a half hour at your child’s birthday.
Cost: $135 for residents/$165 non residents. Each additional child is $6.
Parties are available M-F after 4:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays after 2:00 pm. Call for available time and dates.
*Theme parties are for children 4-10 years old.
Gym Party Package:
- One hour in The CORE gym
- One hour in the party room at The CORE
- Party coordinator to assist you
- Cheese pizza and soda
- Napkins, tablecloths, cups, forks, and plates
- Activities such as basketball, soccer, kickball, floor hockey and dodgeball are available.
Cost: $160 for residents/$205 for non residents.

Gymnastics Themed Birthday Party Package:
- One hour in the Centennial Gymnastics Gym
- One hour in a party room at the Centennial Building
- Gymnastics Coach to assist you
- Cheese pizza and lemonade, gatorade or water (choice of one drink)
- Napkins, tablecloths, cups, forks, and plates
- Gymnastics activities on each aparatus
Cost: $160 for residents/$205 for non residents.
After 8 children ($6 per child – resident and non-resident) – Additional children will be added based on coach availability

In the Summer, Party at the Pool!
Splash Party at Centennial Pool – Celebrate a birthday party, a baseball/softball team party, or just a summer get together with the neighborhood kids.

The Splash party includes:
- Admission to Centennial Pool for 15 people (including mom & dad).
- An LPD Party Host.
- Lunch for each guest in your party.
- Each additional guest over 15 is $4 per person.
Cost: $150 for residents and $225.00 for non-residents.
Picnic Permits
2011 Picnic Permits will be available on:
January 17th for Lemont Residents and January 24th for Non-Residents.

Picnic areas at Centennial Park and Northview Park are available for your outdoor get together.
Picnic reservations are taken beginning in January of each year for residents of Lemont Park District non-residents began reserving sites in February. There are three areas at Centennial Park and one area at Northview Park available.
Please refer to the Park Rental Application/Agreement for price and deposit information.
Our picnic areas can accommodate from 10 to 200 persons. Rent a site for a birthday party, family reunion or an office party. Play tennis, baseball, swim or toss horseshoes, all while enjoying a picnic in Lemont, (swimming available at Centennial Park only).
All fees are due upon reserving the site, all insurance papers are due one week prior to the function. All park district rules apply to picnic rentals.

SUPERCOOKER/LARGE GRILL SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED!!!
Due to the large expense and minimal use of this service, we have discontinued the rental availability for these grills.
The Lemont Park District has installed larger grills at each picnic site to help you with your larger grilling needs.
