Registrations received by fax after the above listed dates will be processed the next day.

Registrations may be mailed in, faxed to us, or dropped off at the park district office. We also accept walk in registrations after the dates listed above. Please note: the park district staff strictly enforces all registration procedures and guidelines.
The Lemont Park District reserves the right to request proof of residency prior to processing a registration. Proof of residency may be your Cook County tax bill, Voters Registration Card, utility bill, or a Driver’s License.
You may register for yourself and your immediate family ONLY.
Non-resident fees are 50% higher than the fees listed for a park district resident.
Program waivers must be signed for all programs by the first day of class. Residents are encouraged to register early during Resident priority registration which begins one week prior to open registration.
Registrations faxed to the Lemont Park District will be treated the same as mail-in registrations.

Registrations are now accepted online. The online registration system is a"REAL-TIME" registration.
- If you do not currently have an account with a valid email address in our system, you will need to come in to register for the first time. Proof of Residency is required!
- No more waiting to see if you are accepted into a class, you will know immediately with our new Online WebTrac Registration System.
- All online registrations will receive a receipt upon registration in the class.
- The receipt states that you have been enrolled in a class and is your guarantee/proof of enrollment.

- Fill in the registration form
- Sign the waiver, include:
- Participant's Name
- Address
- Phone Number (Daytime & Evening)
- Email Address
- Age & Date of Birth
- Class Requested - 1st & 2nd choice
- Session (if multiple sessions are offered)
- Class Code
- Payment & Signed Waiver
- RECEIPTS ARE NOT MAILED - they are emailed or you can pick up a copy at the front desk.
- We may have to call you with questions regarding your registration. Please remember to fill in a daytime phone number. If questions need to be answered, we would like to get in contact with you as soon as possible.
- All mail-in registrations will be processed by a random draw selection. Registrations received prior to the day Registration begins will be processed on a random draw basis as follows: Mail-In or Drop-Off registrations received before the day of registration will be processed first. Registrations will be pulled randomly from this grouping of forms. After the initial grouping of registrations has been processed, registrations are processed according to date received.
- No refunds will be issued after a class has begun.
- Participants will receive a full refund if the park district cancels a program.
- Cancellations for any class must be made Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, at least 48 HOURS prior to the beginning of class.
- A $4.00 service charge will be deducted from all refund requests for EACH class that is cancelled.
- Refunds are mailed out on the second Tuesday of the month ONLY.
- Refunds for trips can not be given once the registration deadline has passed.
